On September 17, Apple’s new iPhone 4 device was finally launched in Brazil. However, everybody was shocked when we realized that we would not be able to claim our rights promised by Apple, because the iPhone 4 Case Program was not available in the Brazilian App Store.
Why do Brazilian customers have no access to iPhone 4 Case Program?

iPhone 4 VS. Windows Phone 7
Back in July I told you I was curious to see an iPhone 4 versus a Windows Phone 7 in a video comparison. Well, here it is. Thanks to the guys over at Pocketnow.com, we can now take a look at how the WinPho 7 actually performs against Apple’s latest magical device - you guess how.

Apple TV Delayed
The new Apple TV just got delayed to mid-October. As noticed by TechCrunch, the estimated shipping date has changed from September to 2-3- weeks, which puts the device in October. Apple is also issuing refunds for expedited shipping.
Is Apple having some problems convincing TV execs to jump on board? Or is it just a delay in the manufacturing process? We’ll see.
11.6-Inch MacBook Air Coming Later This Year?
Here’s another interesting report this morning: according to DigiTimes, Apple is getting ready to release a new 11.6-inch “MacBook” before the end of the year. Specifically, it appears that Quanta (Apple manufacturing partner) is scheduled to ship 400.000 / 500.000 units of the aforementioned 11.6-inch computer. Read more
Latest Report from Shenzen: New iPad Is Ready, Looks Like an iPhone 4
Shenzen is a sub-provincial city in southern China, and it’s the city where Foxconn (the biggest Chinese manufacturer of hardware, the one Apple uses for all its products) has got one of its production bases. According to the latest report by website Shanzai.com (via Softpedia), word on the street is that Apple’s new iPad is basically ready and its design resembles more that of an iPhone 4, rather than the original iPad’s one. I’ve been dreaming about an “iPhone as wallet” for years now. Apple patents are not enough, I want the real thing: I want to ditch these cards and papers I still have in my pocket. For God’s sake, it’s 2010 we’re talking about. New Yorkers are closer than us to the real thing: thanks to the newly introduced payWave system by Visa, they can now pay train, subway and bus fares using their iPhone.
You fire up the Visa app, “slide to pay” to initiate the payment process, wave the phone over a compatible reader and you’re done. You’ve paid for something in the real word with a digital paper-free device.
