As usual, today’s Apple event was packed with facts, figures, and statistics throughout the presentation and elsewhere. We’ve pulled together the highlights.

iPhones

Storage

• Starting storage is 256 GB on all phones announced today.
• The iPhone 17 Pro Max supports up to 2TB of storage for the first time.

Cameras

• All models announced today have 48MP rear cameras and new 18MP Center Stage selfie cameras.
• The iPhone 17 Pro line can shoot video in 4K120 fps.
• The optical zoom on the iPhone Pro line goes to 8x.
• The aperture on the Pro phones is ƒ/2.8.
• The iPhone 17 Pro Max model gets up to 39 hours of continuous video playback compared to the iPhone 17 Pro’s 23
• 500 billion selfies were taken with iPhones last year.
• The CPU is up to 50% faster and the GPU up to 2x faster than its predecessors.

Hardware Design

• The Ceramic Shield 2 on the face of the iPhones is up to 3x more scratch resistant, with the back Ceramic Shield being 4x more crack resistant.
• The iPhone 17 Pro line’s vapor chamber contributes to 40% better sustained performance.
• The aluminum unibody of the iPhone 17 Pro line is more than 20x better than titanium for thermal conductivity.
• The iPhone Air is made from 80% recycled titanium.
• The new fast charging can take an iPhone Air to a 50% charge in 20 minutes.
• Apple’s new battery backpack accessory works with just 1 iPhone, the Air, and together with the phone lets users play video for 40 hours straight.

Apple Watch

• The Apple Watch Ultra 3 has up to 42 hours of battery life and 72 hours in Low Power Mode.
• The Ultra 3 can charge to up to 80% in 45 minutes and 5 minutes of charging will get you 8 hours of sleep tracking.
• You can work out for 20 continuous hours with the Ultra 3. Challenge accepted.
• The Series 11 and Ultra 3 have 5G.
• 15 minutes of fast charging an Apple Watch SE3 gets you 8 hours of battery life.
• The Series 11 battery lasts 24 hours.
• The Apple Watch’s hypertension detection feature will debut in 150 countries.

AirPods Pro 3

• 65% of the plastic in the AirPods Pro 3 case is made from recycled sources.
• Apple says active noise cancellation is 2x better compared to the AirPods Pro 2.
• The AirPods Pro 3 are IP57 dust and water resistant.
• The AirPods Pro 3 can get up to 8 hours of battery life when using active noise cancellation and 10 hours in Transparency mode with Hearing Aid turned on.
• The Ultra Wideband finding via Find My is 1.5x better
