I think people are gradually getting bored with the notion of space travel. It was cool to think about how we could populate Mars in the 1960s, but now it’s just a pipe dream that’s certainly not going to be accomplished in our lifetimes. So of course the iPhone is more important than space travel - it gets stuff done. Unlike space travel, which really hasn’t gone anywhere.
The iPhone is More Awesome than Space Travel.
iPhone Sales Up 112% in First Quarter of 2010
Who says the iPhone market is dying? Amongst all the Android hubbub, Apple is gaining new footholds in the UK, China, and South Korea, leading to a 8.4 million units sold. In only a year, Apple has gone from a market share of 1.5 percent to 2.7 percent, and they aren’t slowing down any time soon. With the impending release of next iPhone in only a matter of months, and the possible addition of new carriers in the US, Apple’s sales are expected to substantially increase, but can they surpass companies like Nokia and Samsung in world market share?

iPod Touch with Camera Leaked in Vietnam
Did you know that “leak” is a Vietnamese word? Not really, but it seems like every new Apple product is coming out from there first these days.
Today, we have a leak of an iPod Touch with camera, which is as mythical as unicorn tears - if you’ve been in the Apple-related news loop for a while now. There are pictures and videos, tour of Vietnamese cafè included. It’s a 2MP camera and the device is running a diagnosis firmware we’ve seen in action before.
Check it out after the break.

Last, 10.7 is finally officially mentioned by Apple in the SDK. Check out the screenshots after the break.

“Hello?”
“I want to speak with him.”
“Who is this?”
“You know who I am. I want to speak with him.”
“I’m afraid I can’t do that, Federico. Steve is talking with him now.”
“Steve, huh? He’s not busy answering emails now?”
“Well, yes - he’s using him to access…”
“Yeah, whatever. I don’t care if Steve is busy talking with some Japanese dudes about Softbank or just trying out his new Droid, just let me talk with him. Now.”
“Ok, hold on a sec.”
