iTunes has recently gone under a major update with the release of the 9.0 (and 9.0.1) which introduced several new features: a new store, new social networks integration, iTunes LPs and much more.
From a UI standpoint, the most discussed change is without doubt the new white background of the Applications and Music folders.

Just as I told you yesterday, MacStories Festival has been extended for 12 hours.
But you know, all good things must come to an end, and here we are.
Yeah, I decided to extend the #macfestival for 12 hours,until tomorrow.
Why?
Because we have the last new apps joining!
It was yesterday when Realmac Software announced they bought EventBox from Cosmic Machine.
The app is going to have a new name, Socialite, and it will be released in November.
I had the chance to talk with the Realmac guys about the acquisition of Eventbox and the new features coming to Socialite.
