Together with the all-new MobileMe, Apple has released the rumored Find My iPhone app for free in the App Store as a universal download for iPhone and iPad. It’s available here.

Apple Is Shipping 1.2 Million iPads per Month
Apple is shipping 1.2 million iPads per month, and should be rising to 2.5 million units per month by the end of this year. According to Digitimes Research analyst Kuo Ming-Chi, shipments stood at 700,000 units per months when the product launched in April.

Reddit Gets Web App, Goes Open-Source
Reddit fans rejoice: on the 9th you guys got a wonderful new web app that plays well with mobile devices. Today, Reddit announced that they’re making their App Store application open-source.

“We’re deprecating the advertising-supported free version in favour of making the next version that you help create free. However none of us are iPhone developers, so for this to happen we’re depending on the help of those that are. This is in the community’s hands now!”

When I reviewed the first version of MoneyBook for iPhone, I instantly fell in love with it. Great user interface, beautiful animations, easy to use and perfect to enter transactions on the go. iPhone 4 has 512 MB of RAM
If you were curious about just how much RAM is under the hood of the new iPhone 4, there’s 512 MB of the speedy stuff – twice as much as the iPhone 3GS and iPad.
The extra RAM can be taken advantage of by the iPhone 4’s new 720p video editing capabilities, and will make the iOS 4 experience as snappy as ever. Game developers must be cheering as well, which should further improve the quality of titles available from companies like Gameloft and EA on the App Store.

Otherwise, we wouldn’t be here always living on the edge of the App Store looking for new promising pieces of software. The app we’re previewing today is more than promising, it’s a big leap forward, at least for me.

Apple has just released the WWDC 2010 session videos. A registered Apple developer account is required to download them, and you can find them at developer.apple.com/videos/wwdc/2010/. They’re available both in standard and high definition.
