Apple Files Trademark For…The Apple Store Design

Ok, so Apple has been filing a lot of trademarks lately. I guess that’s good news, they have a lot of stuff coming up and they want to protect it. We’ve seen icons, trackpads, devices, multitouch technologies - today Slashgear has found out that Apple filed a trademark for the “stinctive design and layout” of Apple retail stores.
