iPhone 4 users are creating beautiful movies with Apple’s iMovie app, and it’s amazing to think that until a few weeks ago none of this was even possible on a mobile device.

TUAW is suggesting that if you’re experiencing reception issues on your iPhone 4 (1 or 2 bars in areas with strong signal instead), you should fire up Settings and reset your network.
The Dev-Team is working hard on creating the first unlock and jailbreak tools for the iPhone 4. The new device was released a couple of weeks ago, but the jailbreak community is already active in development of new tweaks and ways to bypass Apple’s restrictions.

I haven’t tried the app myself, so I checked out this video to see how Tom Tom actually works on the new iPhone 4. I can’t wait to buy the app and find another use for this amazing device.

iOS 4 doesn’t officially support the original iPhone (also known as 2G, Apple announced they were dropping support for it months ago) and the first generation iPod Touch. Italian coder and hacker Federico created a modified version of iPhone OS 3.1.3 which integrates features built-in with iOS 4, and the result is quite interesting.
We saw iPhone 4 camera comparisons before, and we know that the camera holds up pretty good to other devices in the market. This time, we’re seeing the iPhone 4 used as a filmmaking tool over at Take Zer0.
FLF Films and director Jerry Dugan, decided to try the newiPhone camera by shooting an entire Minelab commercial with it.
“We were shooting a series of three national spots for them. During the shoot the iPhone 4 came out and we decided we’d shoot and mount the iPhone next to our RED and shoot a whole commercial on the iPhone 4.
We really wanted to see how it would perform on a stabilized platform.”
They even put it on a RC heli for aerial footage. Impressive result, check out the video after the break.
