This constitutes a legally binding agreement (the ‘Agreement’) between MacStories, Inc. (‘MacStories’) and you that governs your use of the MacStories Perspective Icons and all modifications and additions to them (the ‘Icons’).
Please read this Agreement carefully. By clicking on the “Buy” button to purchase the Icons, you represent that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement; (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with MacStories; and (3) you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, please do not purchase the Icons. Note too that this Agreement is subject to change without notice. Any revised version of the Agreement will be posted on this site.

License
By downloading the Icons you are granted and accept a personal, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Icons, subject to your full compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your purchase of the Icons entitles you to:
- Lifetime personal use of the Icons as long as you do not sell or resell the Icons, license or sub-license them, or redistribute them for free, either as they are or in an altered form.
- Incorporate the Icons in any public website, weblog, software application, or product that you are creating under your name for yourself.
- Use the Icons attribution-free for an unlimited number of personal projects. You don’t have to credit MacStories, MacStories Pixel, or Silvia Gatta in your projects. However, we appreciate links and tweets about the Icons.
All other uses of the Icons are expressly prohibited and shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, unless agreed to in writing by MacStories.
Availability and Utility
The Icons were designed to work with The Omni Group’s OmniFocus Pro app for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. MacStories makes no guarantee or representation with regard to your ability to continue to use the Icons with OmniFocus Pro in any subsequent version of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, or the OmniFocus Pro app.
Terms of Sale
All sales of the Icons are handled by E-junkie and are final and non-refundable, as soon as the Icons are downloaded on your computer at least once.
