iPhone Supplies Running Dry, iPhone 3G Dead?

Mac Rumors is reporting that iPhone stock is getting slim in some places, and that Apple has stopped supplying new iPhones to AT&T stores. If you were in the mood to get a new device, wait, because new ones are probably on the way. In some places, such as Australia, the iPhone 3G can’t even be purchased anymore. So it looks like the iPhone 3GS might be our new $99 standard, while the next generation iPhone will continue to be priced at $199.
