I'm calling it: extensions in Safari 5 will also be available on the iPhone/iPad version. iCab is doing this now with modules and it truly is a great feature.

Firefox was just moved to the trash, the one reason i kept firefox around was because there is just a few things that it did that i really wish safari did, such as opening a link in a new tab instead of a new window. Now that safari can do that i don't need firefox around anymore.
Great update in my opinion.

I like more CSS rendering. On my website (lol, plug) the navigation has an inner drop shadow. It's not visible in Safari 4, but is in Chrome, Firefox 3.6, and now Safari 5.

I'm also loving the title of the page on the Address Bar as I type in it.
