Kaspersky said that Apple hasn't delivered the SDk required to do what he wants to do. This isn't a normal iPhone application but something that would run in the background and monitor activity while other apps are running. No third party gets that level of access on the iPhone. This is a non-story to me and way for Kaspersky to get headlines, and it looks like it worked. There is no app to speak of.
