With it's multiple account support, Tweeb should be useful to watch all the balls I have in the air and help me see if my efforts are worthwhile.

I'm starting a new twitter account for audio related articles and tips. @audiograins Since it is twitter only at the moment, I'm hoping to turn it into a full-fledged blog, twitter analytics is all I have at the moment. Ego is an option but Tweeb is definitely more twitter focused and gives better data analysis.
