		<description>Thanks for the video guys! I&apos;m currently using a 3G and my contract is up for renewal soon and I was going to get the iPhone 4 but after seeing this I don&apos;t think I can justify the extra cost (justify it to myself of course!)</description>

While they still take a chunk of RAM  (for fast app switching), they do not noticeably affect other apps, and the iPhone will instantly free RAM when needed. Since it sports 512MB of RAM, I highly doubt it did that during this test (neither did the 3GS for that matter).</description>
