Right. So we all know that the guys over at Bohemium Coding (lets not forget Laurent Baumann for the interface!) just won a ADA for the interface of Font Case.
We all also know that it is clearly the best app for organizing fonts on the Mac…
And we all wan’t a piece of the action!
So.. I would just *love* to have a copy of this Application!
Because I am just a poor little student who can’t afford to pay for it!
Thanks!

It would be great to win this, I’ve read the review trialed the trial and am really enjoying it, the design is extremely stylish and sexy so it would be brilliant to get my hands on a license to this.
P.S ‘I’ll pick five winning comments’ Five Winners? I thought there were only 3 Copies.

Laurent should provide his services to help make some of the other apps as easy to use and beautiful as this one is. Miles ahead of any other app that tries to manage fonts.
Would have bought it as soon as it came out to manage the fonts I have collected over the years, but 42 Euros doen’t convert nicely in Indian currency.
Anyway, here is the post:

And hoping to win!

I love FontCase because I’m a designer. I am a typography freak so this would be awesome for me. I need a font book replacement and FontCase suits my needs perfectly, but being a student is a setback because I will be hurting a lot if I blow 42 euros… I tried the trial and wish I had a full license… maybe if I don’t win, you’ll give out a coupon code so I can save some cash?

Yet another awesome app
This font manager supersedes Suitcase in my opinion, the features are great! Much more thought and attention to the interface than most would have put in.
Bohemium Coding is definitely on my companies to watch now.

Well, I would like to win a copy of this awesome app, just because it’s the only one I can use to keep organized my fonts. With Lynotype Fontxplorer I just can’t see the preview, scrolling my fonts, and my brain is melted so I can’t remember remember a shit. I NEED to see things, to remember them XD.

Thanks a lot for the contest! I would love to win a copy of Fontcase because I’ve worked as a freelance web designer to put myself through school, and I’m now going to grad school to study mechanical engineering. I’ve been broke for the past 5 years of undergrad and will continue to be for the next 5. (I can only go to school with support from the department). I could really use a tool like this to clearly visualize the fonts I have instead of starting at the top of the list in Photoshop and scrolling through them.
By the way, I’m using the trial now and find the software excellent. It’s polished and looks fantastic! I love the smart folders and tagging. The Web-Safe one really helps.

Right now I’m using the free version of Linotype FontExplorer and although it’s better than Apple’s Font Book in my opinion, I’d like something better and more ways to manage and preview my fonts. I am a graphic designer and have a ton of fonts. It’d be nice to more easily see what I have. The UI in FontCase is beautiful and I love the ability to tag fonts! I would LOVE to have this!

I’ve noticed that a lot of people are sad about its price.. I’ve told Laurent the exact same thing.
Am I the only one who’d gladly pay for this app if it costed somewhere around USD$35 at most?? Sometimes a developer has to make the hard decision of losing some cash per sale in order to increase overall sales. Increasing sales makes it more popular. Making it more popular helps drive sales.
But that’s Marketing 101… no?
Great app that I tried twice (2 different machines) and love… but not priority on my Wishlist given the price! :/ Really well designed and deserves more attention from typography freaks given its ease of use and gorgeous interface. Could use auto-activation with Illustrator & InDesign but I know that’s in the works.

I would love to win a copy of FontCase for a couple of reasons.
1. I was a beta tester of FontCase. I gave my feedback more than once. I don’t know if it was my original idea, but I thought of the way of grouping font families. Once 1.0 came out, I didn’t have enough money to buy it. I would love to be able to use this application that I so easily became accustomed to in my initial use.
2. I have recently become a typophile. I love downloading fonts and using them everywhere. To me, it is a beautiful art form in itself. I want to continue this passion and I fell that FontCase is the best way for me to do this. I can rate, organize and store fonts with it so that I am always using new ones. I want to keep my fonts organized and this is the best tool to do it.
*crossing fingers* Even if I don’t win, this is a great contest!

I am a sophomore in high school, working as the design editor of the newspaper, and as the webmaster of a group, “The Justice Project.” This application offers an easy way to view the great many fonts I have, and I love using it!

This coul be the good time to start using one of them (and probably one of the best ones). I am really curious to know if this could be the kind of program that it’s still missing on my Mac
And by the way, congratulations for the great giveaway, another time

(english message follows)
- – -
I’am designer and I’d like to win Fontcase becouse:
- it’s very well designed, not only aesthetically speaking (and mac apps should always be as good-looking and easy to use as Fontcase)
- I like supporting small software houses
- I’d like to drop Lynotipe Fontexplorer: its interface is raw, not very intuitive and furthermore the app is no more free (the only reason why I used to use it…)
